Andrew Shaw successfully prosecutes Doctor for sexual assaults committed whilst on duty

Andrew Shaw recently appeared at Norwich Crown Court, successfully prosecuting a locum Doctor who sexually assaulted a male patient whilst on his ward 'rounds'. The defendant, 37 year old Manav Arora, denied sexual assault but was found guilty after a four day trial. He had only been working at the hospital for seven weeks before the incident occurred, and upon investigation there were three previous allegations of this nature from other hospitals in his file.
