Charles Kellett, Claire Matthews and Jacob Edwards secure speedy acquittal

Charles Kellett, Claire Matthews and Jacob Edwards recently appeared at Norwich Crown Court on behalf of three chefs employed by Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn. The jury took just over an hour to find each of them not guilty of a single charge of harassment, including the use of racist language, jokes and intimidating behaviour. The defendants had, throughout the trial, denied that they were part of a "culture of bullying". For more information see press link below:
