Joanne Eley successfully represented a former taxi driver from Suffolk who was accused of sexually assaulting a schoolboy more than a decade ago. He pleaded not guilty to four offences of indecent assault on a male person, four offences of sexual assault, two offences of rape and two offences of causing or inciting a 13-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity. The offences were alleged to have been committed between 2003 and 2006.
